UK & International Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress with the designated delivery provider via the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. You will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or e-mail from your designated shipper.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.

International Orders
Our international delivery costs vary by country, and will be calculated at check out dependent on your location and the shipping service you chose. Orders placed for delivery outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination, and paid by the customer. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Returns
Christmas returns: We are offering extended free returns until 31st January 2021 for orders placed after 15th November 2020.
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply notify our Customer Services team via care @motley-london.com within 30 days of receiving the product, who will provide you with a returns slip.
You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. This will be at your own cost unless the return is organised by Motley London in which case collection and return is ordinarily free of charge. Please ensure that you get proof of postage when returning an item. You are asked to take reasonable care with the items. A full refund or credit note excluding any applicable delivery costs will be processed within 15 working days of us receiving the returned items.
For international returns, we’re unable to cover the cost but based on your location, we’ll organise your return for a pre-determined fee.
Limited edition and made to order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Personalised / engraved items are non-refundable.
